My name is Alex Bennée. Manchester refuge now back in Cambridge. This collection of poorly edited HTML is my excuse for a home page.

So who am I?

I am a geek hacker, I write code.
I trained as a scientist, I still ask questions.
I seem to collect a lot of bits of random hardware, I don't see this habit stopping.
I occasionally wear various costumes, I enjoy it.
I am a fan of Linux, because it is versatile and I can play with it.
I am into the concept of free and open source software. There is a lot to be said for not re-inventing the wheel.
I am interested in all sorts of politics especially when it affects me.

If you want to know more about random people you have come across on the 'net you should probably get out more. However if you have money you could always check out my CV ;-)

Friends and family looking for photos should poke to me to put them back up. There is also a minimal news section that occasionally contains updates. You can see a random collection of software hacks here. There was a random junk wiki but I haven't put it back up yet. I may or may not in future.
