Today's the Day

SCO are due to hand over the "evidence" of IP Infringement to IBM. Unfortunately it will probably be some time before we get an idea of what it is they are complaining about. However given the quality of their last submission I'm not holding my breath. As ever the excellent href=http://www.groklaw.net/index.php>Groklaw site is covering the legal maneuverings as they happen. Expect any details on the case to appear there first. It was also nice to see the OSDL

step up and offer legal cover. I wonder if SCO will make good on their threat to sue someone by the end of the month - they've missed their own deadlines before ;-)
