Double Bookings

So after I got back from SoS (good weekend BTW, Rustle continued his murderising, other characters died) I had to sort out some social double bookings.

The acceleration of the pairing off of my contemporaries means my cousins wedding will be clashing with Phil's in September. This evening I called her mother to express my regret about not being able to turn up. I've arranged a visit the next day by way of mitigation which means I shall attempt to be vaugley sensible at Phil's bash. On top of that I have at least one letter (email denied!) to write to confirm I'm going to Rich and Al's later this year. There was even random wedding planning conversations at SoS this weekend. This has made me feel a little old today ;-)
