It was my turn to cook last night. I went for Roast Beef and Yorkshire Pudding as it is one of my favourite dishes. My Mum still offers it on a regular basis when I visit the folks and its always good. I made a double batch of batter for the giant Yorkshires. Despite having to shuffle stuff in and out of the oven during the rise period (a big no no apparently) they still all turned out OK. The beef practically cooked itself and was just right inside although a little dry on the outside. I suspect I should of left it bound while cooking to keep the moisture in better.
So I'm 33 today. If I was Jesus I'd have been dead by now.
