Comedy of Beers

There are many ways to prepare for the afternoon session of the 21st Stockport Beer and Cider Festival. I suspect that staying up until 4 in the morning after visiting a few of Manchester's finer drinking establishments followed by a bit of dancing is not one of them. Despite flagging slightly (and resting my eyelids) the next day I still had an enjoyable day. We headed into town to continue the festivities although I headed home before the end so I could have some well deserved sleep.

I went to see Daniel Kitson last night. I've seen him before and he didn't disappoint last night. The first half was a lot more ad-lib but the second half delivered, as promised, "Comedy Gold". Yet again I can highly recommend you see him if you get the chance.
