Today I'm trying out the "recycled foam" method for generating the milky foamy head on my coffee. In theory by recycling the milk from the destination cup back into the system the milk gets more warmed through which should affect *something*. However I suspect the biggest change is due to the the discovery of a pack of chocolate sprinkles that allow for the authentic Chain Coffee Shop flourish on top.
We'll be up in Manchester this weekend as part of the "not being strangers plan". Of course I'll be cursing Big Oil as I drive up but you can't have everything ;-)
